The next cover appears to be an "official" letter send between ships - here from the S.M.S. "Danzig" to S.M.S. "Westfalen". The "KOMMANDO" letter-stamp of the S.M.S. "Danzig" has been applied as confirmation of the letter's official nature. The word "Kommando" here refers to the on board Post Office Detail under the command of the Paymaster. See also below the letter seal of the "Kaiserliche Marine Kommando S.M.S. "Danzig".
