Wolne Miasto Gdańsk - Freie Stadt Danzig, Imperforate Proofs and Un-issued stamps.

March 12, 1923. Semi-postal issue showing an aged Pensioner against the skylne of Danzig. Surcharges of 20 and 30 Marks were added on the two values. Designed by Max Buchholtz and letterpress printed by Julius Sauer, Danzig with gray rosette underprint on vertical webbed watermerked paper (Wz. 3X) comb perforated 14.

Imperforate values with gray rosette underprint on vertical webbing watermarked paper (Wz. 3X).
- 50 + 20 Mark, surcharge, dark reddish-carmine.
- 100 + 30 Mark, surcharge, lilac-brown.
- 50 Mark, Imperforate on vertical watermarked paper (Wz 3X).
- 100 Mark, Imperforate on vertical watermarked paper (Wz. 3X).

Imperforate Proofs in the final design of the stamp, in colors near to those as issued.
- 50 Mark, dark-red with gray rosette underprint on vertical webbing watermarked paper (Wz. 3X).
- 100 Mark, lilac with gray rosette underprint on vertical webbing watermarked paper (Wz. 3X).
