4.2 GDAŃSK RAILWAY TRAVELLING POST OFFICES

Post Office Gdańsk No 2 also became responsible for three of the TPOs on routes through the Free City territory: TPO No 236 Strzebielino – Luzino
– Wejherowo – Gdańsk – Tczew (1932 - 1938), TPO No 427 Gdańsk – Kartuzy – Kętrzyno (1 June 1924 - 1937) and TPO No 431 Gdańsk –
Pszczółki – Kościerzina (1 October 1925 - 1939). An additional TPO No 503 was used on the route Hel – Puck – Gdańsk. This TPO appears only to
have been used during the summer of 1930. Post Office Gdańsk No 2 was responsible for this connection as well.
