Pat illustrates a full sheet with all but eight positions offset on the back. It is No. 159, and it was offered by a London dealer for £400. Specifically, is this sheet worth it (MchePs stamp price is DM 3.50) and, generally, how does one evaluate an offset similar to this? Pat wonders if other members have seen this sheet; is it unique?
