5.1.2 DOMESTIC MAIL – POSTAL SERVICES

Mixed sendings (Przesyłki mieszane) allowed the combination of trade papers, trade samples and
printed matter (with the exception of printed matter for the blind). Just like for trade samples and trade
papers it was not allowed to add any ongoing or personal correspondence to the mixed sendings.

7 April 1934. Bulk mixed sending
sent from Danzig. Postage was paid
in cash with a 25% discount, which
was shown by the cash payment
indication with the Reklama
Pocztowa logo.

6 May 1935. Bulk mixed sending sent from Danzig
to Lublin. Printed Opłacono gotówką 40% and an
additional 70% handstamp, applicable to the 30%
discount band for 500-1.000 items, valid between 1
October 1934 and 31 August 1939.

18 April 1929. Address label for a registered COD
mixed sending sent from Danzig to Będzin. Singleline Zwrot po terminie (returned after term),
indicating that the sending was not collected in
time in Będzin. 30 groszy for registration, 50
groszy for COD and 50 groszy for a mixed sending
between 250 and 500 grams.
