magazine could be arranged at the Post
Office.
Editors could send their newspapers and
magazines through the Post to their
subscribers.

quarter of 1939. POLSKI URZĄD P.-T.
GDAŃSK 1 h cds. 5 groszy fee had to be
paid for a subscription for a magazine
which appeared less than 5 times a week.
