II. Juniors and Aspirants Class - the items of active juniors or aspirants at the exhibition and their wives or husbands who fulfill the qualification requirements to be accented to the given exhibition.

III. Competitive Class:
1. Traditional philatelic class - general collections of Poland, Gdansk Port, Free City Gdansk and port towns of the Baltic See region.
2. Post history of the Gdansk region class.
3. Separated post wholes of the Gdansk region
4. Subject class - covering maritime subject, maritime economy, shipping trade, seafaring, ships, lighthouses, etc.
5. Youth philately division - youth items will be exhibited in the following age groups:
A. up to 15 years
B. 16- 17 years
C. 16-19 years
D. 20-21 years

The age will be considered as on 1st January 1997. The group items will be classified as belonging to the group "C".

10. The substancial condition of accepting an item to the competitive class is a reward of:
-  a big silver medal on the exhibition of 3rd degree or a silver medal of the exhibition of 2nd degree or e silver covered medal on the exhibition of 1st degree.
-  a certificate of KOS qualifying the exhibit to take part in the exhibition of 2nd degree.

11. The items exhibited in the competitive clans will he judged by the Competition Jury appointed by the Headquarters  of the Polish Philatelic Association in Warsaw.

12. The Competition Jury is, entitled to change the qualification of the item to a class or a group and exclude it from evaluation.

13. The items exhibited in the competitive class may obtain the following awards:
-grown-up exhibitora - a diploma equivalent to a big gold medal, gold one, big gold covered, gold covered, big silver, silver, silver-covered, bronze medal or an appreciation diploma.
