Germany Learns to live with the Versailles Treaty:

From the 1st of October, 1919, the registration fee was increased from 20 pf to 30 pf. The Reichspost issued its first air stamps o, the same day to facilitate recognition of airmail items by the postal workers.
The aboce cover has a Postal rate - - - 15 pf.
Airmail supplementcharge - - - - 10 pf.
Registration fee - - - - - 30 pf.
A special service from Berlin for visitors to the Leipzig Fair was operated by DLR from 28th February to 7th March, 1920.
The card cartoons the transport strikes wich were a regular feature of Berlin life at this time. . .
