Gdansk - Stadt Danzig; Essays, Proofs and Un-issued Values.

January 10, 1923/April 3. The Postage Due issue with small Danzig Coat of Arms in the same design as the first issue, but printed on webbing watermarked paper (Wz. 3) and comb perforated 14.
Here are the Mark values.
- 10 Mark, horizontal watermark.
- 20 Mark, horizontal watermark.
- 50 Mark, horizontal watermark.
- 100 Mark, horizontal watermark.
- 500 Mark, horizontal watermark.

Proof in black India-ink on yellowish unwatermarked paper and Essays on thick white chalky paper mounted on perforated cardboard backing.
The 1000 Mark value was never issued.
- 10 Mark, Black essay on plain yellowish unwatermarked paper.
- 10 Mark, proof in black on India-ink retouched thick white chalky paper mounted on perforated cardboard backing.
- 100 Mark, in black on India-ink retouched thick unwatermarked white chalky paper.
- 1000 Mark, essay in black on India-ink retouched thick white chalky paper mounted on perforated cardboard backing.

Imperforate copies of the four high Mark values in the colors as issued on webbing watermarked paper (Wz. 3).

- Imperforate 50 Mark, horizontal watermark.
- Imperforate 100 Mark, horizontal watermark.
