Port Gdansk overprint forgery: 

Werner Bohne has kindly sent us a photo of what may be a new forgery of a stamp related to our story of the Gdansk Post Office: Mi. No. 26 5 Gr. violet 1934 Port Gdansk stamp with “double overprint”. However, the letters are smaller than in the genuine; the color of the overprint is grey/black instead of deep black; and the cross-bar of the “G” appears longer than the original.
