2. Top of z of different design.
3. The is too strong; (lot IS comma-shaped.
4. The g has a very long end stroke.
5. Horizontal bar is solid.
6. Strong red color of overprint.
Probably originated in CSR.
FORGERY ID-1-5
1. Lithographic forgery.
2. Bottom of I) loop is too short.
3. Other letters are too strong, especially 1g.
4. Horizontal bar is solid.
Origination point is unknown.
FORGERY ID-1-6
1. Lithographic forgery.
2. Overprint letters ate too plump thruout.
3. Horizontal bar is rough on all sides, but the raster hues dont show.
4. On the back, someone has added “PrUfer” “Rosenberg” and “Dr. Spitzer”.
Piobably originated in Mailand.
FORGERY NO. ID-1-7
1. [_ithographic fogery, similar to ID-i-i, but darker type; origination unknown.
2. The 1) flame line doesn’t touch at the top.
3. Second line of ii is taller than the first.
4. Horizontal bar is also peculiar at ends.
5. Light red color is also spotty at times.
6. Rack is stamped with “Steiner”
