youth exhibitors a diploma equivalent to a medal from big gold covered to the bronze one or an appreciation diploma.

not-rewarded items will obtain a certificate of participation.

Besides the principle rewards of the exhibition are appointed:
- Reward for the best item about Gdansk the protector of the exhibition
- Reward for the best item of maritime subject - the Commander of the Polish Navy.

the Jury may also apply "Congratulations of the Jury" for the ones distinguishing by its originality or elaboration of the item.

11. Independently from the reward mentioned above the exhibitors may receive material rewards.

15. Applications should be sent to the address of the Organizational Committee of the Exhibition up to 31st March 1997.

16. The Organizational Committee of the Exhibition will notify the exhibitors up to 30th April 1997 about the acceptance of the item to the exhibition, the quantity of the screens admitted, each of 18 standard exhibition cards (Schaubeck type).

17. The items should be delivered to the Organizational Committee up to 31st July 1997 collectively by the Commissioner, personally or by post. The exhibitors who would like to put an display their items Personally at the exhibition have the term reserved 12 - 14 August 1997. Having taken such a decision by the Commissioner or by the exhibitor, the Organizational Committee of the Exhibition should be notified by 31st July 1997.

18. The cost of delivering the items to the exhibition are born by the exhibitor or his Polish Philatelic Association Circle. The return of the items will take place within 14 days after the exhibition is over, in the hands of the exhibitor or the Commissioner, cost to be born by the Organizational Committee of the Exhibitor.

19. The protection of the items is secured by the Organizational Committee from the moment they are received to the moment they are returned to the Commissioner or the owner or their return by post to the address of the exhibitor by a valuable package according to the specification. The items will be insured in the chosen insurance institution.

20. The Organizational Committee reserves the right not to accept the item to the exhibition, as well as the right not to expose the item or expose only a part of the item.
