6.1.3 DOMESTIC MAIL — OFFICIAL MAIL
From 1 September 1928 until 31 July 1933 all official mail could be sent free of postage. Normally, such mail was endorsed SPRAWA SŁUŻBOWA/URZĘDOWA WOLNO OD OPŁATY (official mail free of postage), together with an imprint of an official seal as additional verification.
